JO Steel Holdings PLC acquired Saleh Steel Industries Limited in 2020. Saleh Steel Industries Limited operates as a fully automated composite Re-Bar Plant. The entire process, from melting mild steel scrap in induction furnaces (Billet) to producing the end product (Re-Bar/MS Rod) at the Rolling Mill, is conducted in our own facility. Our Steel Mill is equipped with state-of-the-art Billet Manufacturing Plant using European Technology supplied by STS, Italy, making it the pioneer Italian Mill in Bangladesh. We have a range of in-house testing equipment in our steel and rolling mills to produce deformed bars using TMT technology to meet our clients’ requirements.
